The University of Kalba has launched the first phase of its new Call Center, marking an important step toward improving access to University services and strengthening communication with students, prospective students, parents, faculty and staff, partners, and members of the wider community.
The service is now operational through the University’s main telephone number, 09 203 4555, and offers voice navigation in both Arabic and English. Callers can be directed efficiently to the relevant University departments and colleges based on the nature of their enquiries.
Developed and implemented by the University’s internal technical team, the first phase provides a reliable and flexible foundation for delivering a more efficient, consistent, and user-friendly caller experience.
The University is also planning a second phase that will further develop the service into an integrated, multichannel contact center. Proposed enhancements include AI-assisted services and additional communication channels such as WhatsApp and SMS, subject to the University’s operational requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
The launch reflects the University of Kalba’s ongoing commitment to enhancing service quality, improving communication, and adopting modern digital solutions that support an accessible, responsive, and integrated university environment.
